Site Manager (m/f/d) – Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Supervision and management of all assembly work
- Support for our projects during the construction phase as well as support in after-sales service
- Coordination of interfaces between technical disciplines and on-site companies
- Ensuring quality, safety standards, and compliance with all applicable regulations on site
- Tendering for construction services
- Awarding of subcontractor services
- Quotation preparation and planning of service and repair work
- Execution of assembly, service, and repair activities
- Communication and coordination with customers and suppliers
What you bring to the table:
- Completed vocational training in plant construction or metal processing
- Knowledge of electrical engineering is desirable, but not a prerequisite
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in industrial assembly
- Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad
- Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented approach
- Dedicated and flexible working style – even for short-notice assignments
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and other PC applications
- German class B driving license
- Good German and English language skills

Automation Engineer – Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automated systems and control systems
- Programming and project planning of PLC controls and visualization systems
- Integration of sensors, actuators, and robotics into production processes
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and fault rectification on automated systems
- Participation in projects for the automation and digitalization of production processes
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operating manuals
- Supervision and management of assembly activities
- Support for our projects during the construction phase and after-sales service
- Performing occasional mechanical tasks on systems
- Tendering for construction services
- Awarding of subcontractor services
- Collaboration with internal departments such as design and project management
What you bring to the table:
- Completed degree or state-certified technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics
- Ideally, experience in plant or special machine construction
- Experience in programming and commissioning of PLC systems (focus on Siemens) and EPLAN
- Knowledge of control technology, fieldbus systems, and HMI/SCADA systems
- Independent, structured way of working and problem-solving skills
- Good German and English language skills
- Team player and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site projects
- Good knowledge of MS Office and other PC applications
- Class B driving license
